FSL / ESL Online Registration via Digibot

Step 1 : Choose “English” and then create a free client account

Step 2 : Complete the required personal information and click on “Create my account”
Step 3 : Check your email to find the account activation link

Step 4 : Log into your new client account

Step 5 : Choose the necessary consent boxes and continue

Step 6 : Create your participant profile and provide all the necessary personal and contact
information (marked *). Please save all changes to continue.
Step 7 : To register, click on “new registration” and then choose the desired program. If you
wish to register in two programs (ie. FSL & ESL), you will need to complete two registrations
(within the same Digibot account). Review the information provided and proceed to the
registration at the bottom of the screen.
Step 8 : If you are a subsidized learner and have been referred by the YMCA, please enter
your reference number (found on your assessment form or inquire with your teacher or
contact the office if you have been registered in a class in the past year). The referral
number is important as it determines the fees to be paid.

Step 9 : Choose the class based on your current level and desired schedule, then proceed.

Step 10 : You will be required to answer a few consent questions and sign your registration
by typing in your name.
Step 11 : If you entered your referral number, the fees to be paid are 20,00$. Proceed to
payment. The postal code of the credit card hold will be required to proceed.

When the “Paysafe” screen comes up, please enter the credit card or (visa/mastercard
debit) information and click on “pay”. You will received a confirmation email that your
registration and payment is complete.
