The racial discrimination has existed for long in different context or

places like in case of United States where after the abolition of slavery
they created a system of racial segregation where the Nordic whites
established their supremacy over blacks and Hispanics. But this is not
a thing of the past nowadays we can see how is even a big social
problem, Latin America is home to some 150 million Afro-descendants,
despite the amount of African descent are constantly racially
discriminated, social exclusion and low representation in government.
Unfortunately the reality is that racism is part of contemporary culture
around us. In the following paragraphs we will see the relationship of
the racial discrimination in the United States and how it has developed
in other countries such as Colombia.

After the Civil War the United States (1861-1865) Southern states
