Summary:
The article addresses the discrimination which Romania is experiencing itself. If people see
Rumania, it can be seen as two different countries; one urban and dynamic, while another side
can be seen as weak, poor and, rural. This article discusses several concerns around Romania and
arises a question that is Romania benefiting from Europe? Or what Romania should do to expand
growth outside significant cities?

According to the report, out of 137 countries, Romania is ranked 102 in terms of transport
structure standard. The poor majority live in rural areas, which is why they are at different risks
with the drivers of economic development.

The article also highlighted the educational system of Romania, which is failing its children:
40% of students of Romania are functionally struck, though they can write and read theoretically
but cannot apply those abilities substantially in their lives.

The article has also illuminated the question of collective wealth in Romania. Social
expenditures in Romania are moderate at 14.4% of GDP but are often inefficient and became
highly troublesome for employee pensions. The government resource will be averted away from
rural poverty via the limited and dropping pension security in rural areas. People of Romania
also claim that foreign policy is formulated and taken up by public interests and that the
measures implemented to join the EU are disordered, which damages people's trust.

Essay: Major issues in Romania

Twenty-eight years ago, Communist law of Romania had been defeated. Even though significant
reforms were made during the last few decades, poverty-related issues still have arisen. The
article highlights weak state schooling, threatening incursion, and infrastructure deficiency, the
low level of education, which makes Romania one of the top European countries' poverty rate
(Brooking, 2018). In 2016, about 40% of the population were at risk of experiencing poverty
(The World Bank, 2020).
There is an immense disparity between affluent and poor, and Romania had at risk rate of seven
in 2017. This suggests that in Romania, the top 20% generated the 20 % bottom sum. This is
such a significant symbol of Romania's poverty (The World Bank, 2020).

According to the UNICEF (2020) report, child poverty is at an all-time peak in Romania. The
risk for disadvantaged children under 18 in Romania accounts for almost half the overall needs,
and these children do not have access to healthcare or schooling.

In Romania, it was also discovered that racial bigotry and confusion culminated only in making
it much more challenging to get out of poverty. Romanian women's maternal death is 15 times
higher than of non-Roma women, and there is no government action of the issue (UNICEF,
2020).

In my opinion, within a short time period, Romania has put forward an inclusive democracy that
improves with better society than ever. There are a variety of areas that are lacking in
educational, social, and medical establishments. Impoverished people living in rural areas suffer
bad things in Romania at their worst. If Romania fixes its policy failures, economic development
will be more dynamic and prospective will be shared better. When it comes to an intensely
dynamic and egalitarian Romania, nobody is left and being discriminated.
