Ganymede Structures in Voyager Image

NASA Page: http://maps.jpl.nasa.gov/jupiter.html

Dot Tiff (lossless) image: http://maps.jpl.nasa.gov/pix/jup3vuu2.tif

The two structures seen in this image certainly appear to be artificial. But nothing on the NASA page
really indicated exactly what the viewer was seeing. I originally assumed that the tiff image was of some
section of the planet seen as Voyager flew by and that the structures were something like the size of
baseball stadiums. That is not the case. The tiff image represents the entire planet. That clearly makes
the two structures more than just a little bit big but how and for what purpose, God knows.

This image demands that something like the MSL rover be placed on Ganymede as quickly as possible.
