2.) REFLECTION

- According to Sacramento, Calif - -More than a mere exercise , the humble push-up can be viewed as a
metaphore for life itself.

Yes it can be viewed as a metaphor for life itself because of its motion that mirrors the cyclical, up-and-
down nature of existence that is almost sisypheon in movemeng. Remember, push ups will build the
muscles in your shoulders and chest. This foundational exercise in life, you are pushing against your own
weight, seeking to overcome self-imposed limits. We all knew that push-ups is not easy and sometimes
inflicted pain, and a little bit scary but you can't take the easy path to achieve what you want to become
fit for. While Curl-ups are very effective way to strengthen the muscles of your abdomen specifically the
rectus abdominis. Which locates in the infamous part where the abs are forms. But not only in the
muscle tone of your midsection but they can also help improve your overall well-being. According to my
research in SportRec that after a few weeks of training, you can be able to easily perform 20 to 30 curl-
ups without tiring which helps you a lot because this improved endurance. Squats is a dynamic strength
training exercise because it requires several muscles in your upper and lower body to work together
simultaneously. In doing squats you don't need to have a special equipment, and worry about fancy
workout clothes. Squats can be done at home, and at a gym. A strength training exercise like squats can
help you strengthen and tone the muscles in your lower body. And Bending exercise is easy to do to
achieve your desire to get your muscles in a good condition.
