God’s Help during Trials and Temptations

Leader: Consider it a joy when tribulations come your way. As you trust
God to help you through each one, your faith will grow. Yield not to
temptation, and God will give you strength to win the victory over each one.

Congregation: When life has many pressures coming from different

directions, we will pray to our heavenly Father who will give us help in order
that we become more mature and well-developed as a Christian.

Leader: If any of you need wisdom, you should ask God, and it will be given
to you. God is generous and won't disapprove of your for asking. But when
you ask for something, you must have faith and not doubt.

Congregation: To doubt is like an ocean wave tossed around in a storm.

Our faith is in God, our creator, who will give us the wisdom that we need.
We will put our faith in Him and not doubt.

Leader: There will be times when you do not know what you are doing, but
remember that God loves you and he is working a work in you that he will
one day complete.

Congregation: We will not worry, for our heavenly father will help us. We
have no one to blame for when we fail, but ourselves. God will never tempt
us to sin or try to trip us up. He loves us.

Leader: God will bless you, if you don't give up when your faith is being
tested. He will reward you with a glorious life, just as he rewards everyone
who loves him.
Congregation: God will help us endure to the end and had promised us a
crown of life. We love him.

All: Every good and perfect gift is from above. God will give us life through
his holy Word of Truth to make us all that we ought to be. Amen.
