1. Describe two agri-touristic activities that you are considering offering to visitors.

Pension Eco the only ecological house in the area! It is located in the middle of the distance
between Baile 1 Mai and Baile Felix which allows easy access to either of the two resorts. You
have approx. 400 m to the Venus pool in Baile 1 Mai and approx. 500m to the big pool or the
Apollo pool in Baile Felix.
Two agro-touristic activities that are offered here are horse riding and biking.

2.For each chosen activity, describe your target

a. Customers : the target here is to reach a maximum level of satisfaction for the customer . If
that happens then , the customers could return and they could tell other people how good are
the activities.
b. Season(s) :the target for the season is to have more customer ,because it could increase the
income of the pension

2. What special requirements, problems, barriers or risks do you anticipate in developing the two
chosen activities?

Bureaucracy, infrastructure and the financial aspect

3. What are the marketing strategies and tools that you are going to use in order to promote the
two activities?
The marketing strategies I will use are going to be: promoting on web sites and social media and
radio advertisement

4. What would be the further opportunities that you can benefit from after implementing the two
activities?
-It could generate more customers and this bring more income to the pension
-Offering new jobs
