Prepare Stdby Pump :

- Cooling water circulated

- Lubricated oil circulated
- Motor Rack in
- Check the performance trend
- Open isolation valve in
- Priming the pipeline (open vent, after water coming out, close the vent)

Operate Stdby Pump :

- Close first, the Open isolation valve out gradually

- Operate both pump
- Monitor temp of motor, bearing and pump, monitor the motor rotate properly, vibration
- Monitor the leakage

Shutdown running pump :

- Shutdown the pump

- Monitor the performance
- If OK
- Rack out
- Close isol valve in and out
- Open Drain valve
