Declaration of immovable property held in India under the general permission granted vide Reserve

Bank's Notification No.FERA.133/93-RB dated 26th April 1993

I, Shreya Kumar daughter of Mr. Bidyut Kumar, resident of Karim Buksh colony, chhola naka, Bhopal, do
herby declare on oath as under –

1. That I am an owner in possession of a property on Ashima mall road, Bhopal.

2. That I purchased the aforementioned land measuring 5 acres situated within Ashima mall road,
Bhopal from Mr. BN Trivedi S/O Mr. Vinay Trivedi resident of idgah hills, Bhopal vide sale deed
bearing its document no. 123 dated 12-12-2020 registered in the office at MP Nagar, zone 2,
Bhopal.
3. That after purchasing the said plot the registrar allotted
4. That if any difference will be found later on in my statement in respect of the above mentioned
property then I shall be fully responsible for the same and if later on the seller will be found
having any right, title or interest over the said property then that person can take the required
legal action against me.
