OPERATIONAL PLAN

BACKGROUND:

“Who do you call when the police murders?” Filipino netizens asked this question, after
they watched the viral video of cop killed mother and son. The video showed Sonya Gregorio,
hugging her son Frank Anthony as police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca confronted them
allegedly over the use of a homemade cannon in their hometown Paniqui, Tarlac. The officer
then shot the victims in front of his young daughter.

In this crime committed by a police officer, enraged citizens again questioned the police’s
mandate of protecting Filipinos from crime and calls to end or stop police brutality.

GOAL:

The goal of this plan is to END OR STOP THE POLICE BRUTALITY

GUIDELINES:

These are the foolowing guidelines in order to attain the goal:

 Police officers should undergo regular neuro-psychiatric test to ensure their psychological
and mental stability
 Police officers should undergo regular drug test to ensure that they are free from the use
of dangerous or prohibited drugs.
 Check all the records of police officers

BACKGROUND

On December 20, 2020, a shooting incident occurred in Paniqui, Tarlac, Philippines,


when an off-duty police officer, Jonel Nuezca, fatally shot his two unarmed neighbors following
an argument over an improvised noise maker known locally as boga. The incident was caught on
camera and went viral on social media, sparking nationwide outrage with some discussion
pointed to the government over acts of impunity and human rights abuses in recent years
(particularly the war on drugs). The misconduct of police officer triggered anger and calls to end
police brutality.
