Annual Compensation Details

The gross annual fixed compensation will be structured in line with Company Policy and below is
based on your employment for a twelve (12) month period and will be prorated depending on the
effective start date of your employment with Company.

Gratuity will be entitled as per the provision of the Gratuity Act ** 3,692.31
Taxation will be governed by income Tax rules. The Company will be deducting the tax at source as
per income tax guidelines. In addition to your gross annual total compensation, you will be eligible
for following benefits, which will be governed by Company Policy.

1. Performance Allowance
Performance Incentive payable monthly (which will be calculated on successfully achieving the
given Individual Revenue Target) is in addition to your salary stack.

2. Provident Fund
The Company contributes 12% of the basic salary towards the employee’s provident fund.

3. Family Medical Insurance


Scuti provides Employees Group Health Insurance and Personal Accident Coverage. Group Health
Insurance Coverage is limited to Self, Spouse, First Two Children and Parents. Company will bear
50% of the insurance premium and the balance will be deducted from your monthly Fixed
Compensation. Health Insurance Scheme is subject to revision.

4. Stock Options
Scuti believes that all our associates should benefit from the Company's performance. Scuti has
reserved significant percentage of Company common stock for its employees. We have an
explicit policy of issuing Employee Stock Options at the end of year. Employees will be eligible for
the stock options scheme after their Confirmation with the Company.

5. Gratuity
You will be entitled to gratuity as per the provision of the Gratuity Act 1972.
