Dear Sir,
Good day, and wish you all the best. I got admitted at KSOP for the master’s program, winter
term 2020/21. The period of enrollment at Karlsruhe was October 18, 2020, and lectures of
the winter term started on November 2, 2020. However, because of the visa issue, I joined all
the programs online along with ongoing lectures.
In July 2020, I have applied at the German Embassy in Dhaka for the visa but still, now I am
on the waiting list. Although I have sent documents to the embassy that I have received from
the KIT, the embassy is very strict about their travel restrictions for the pandemic COVID-19.
I am always connected with updated news from the embassy. I hope that I would get a visa
appointment date within February 2020. Whereas our semester final examination is knocking
at the door, maybe by the end of February 2020.
Thus, later entry of Germany for the start of studies in the winter semester 2020 due to the
Corona pandemic and lacking to use the online offers of the university especially laboratory
work is a huge loss for me.
I, therefore, hope to have an exemption from paying the tuition fees for the semester Winter
2020/21 that would be a great help to me.
Best regards,
