A. Provide your comprehend arguments to the following questions!

Let’s say you will build your own business in a small scale. You need to think about management
strategies and plans to execute your ideas of business. Explore the following items that deal with
your managing task !
1. What management types and styles you will aplly to your business, why do you choose to
apply that? How does it fit to your business nature?
2. How do you brand your business to be familiar to your costumers? What steps will you
do?
3. How you manage your staff to help you in handling your business?
4. How you manage your financial performance in your business?
5. In case problems arise in your business such as product failure, costumer complains, how
you manage it?
6. Explain the importance of leadership in change management. In your response, refer to a
contemporary business case study.
7. Lets say you are keen to expand your business globally in 10 years to come. Propose and
justify a management strategy that you could use to seek new global business
opportunities.

ANSWER:
1. DEMOCRATIC MANAGEMENT STYLE
I choose that bcs in my opinion it can fit in my company. Also, in this style managers encourage
employees to give feedback during decision-making process, but are ultimately responsible for
the final decision. Communication goes both ways, top-down and bottom – up and team
cohesiveness is increased and this process of this styles allow diverse opinions skills and ideas to

inform decision. I know every style and types of management of business has pro and cons. So, at
this time i thought that, this styles will fit in my company or maybe in the future the management
style will change to adjust to the circumstances.
2. Brand awareness is the ability of consumers to recognize and remember a brand, product or
service. Brand awareness is important for businesses because consumers tend to buy products
that come from familiar brands. These are steps to make the brand familiar to customers. First, make
the logo and tagline as attractive as possible. A logo will appear on everything related to your
business. Starting from products, posters, websites, social media, business cards and other documents.
Create an iconic logo so that it sticks together and people will remember your brand at a glance.and
create a tagline that is simple but highly representative of the brand. So it is easy to remember and
consumers can easily associate it with the brand when they hear or read the tagline. Second, Building
an image on social media is said to be the best way to get closer to consumers. The reason is because
almost all people today have social media accounts, be it Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and so on.
Third, Build a user-friendly website that is easy for consumers to use. Also, provide complete and
easy to understand information about the products or services offered. Fourth, Join the events to
introduce the brand directly. An event is generally attended by many people, if a brand becomes a
sponsor or opens a booth in the event, of course the brand will get exposure. To be right on target,
choose events whose participants match the brand's target market. Fifth, Do Co- Branding. Aim to
improve the image of the product or service. Sixth, Give a reward is like discount or giveaway. Last,
work with influencers to make your brand more recognized by the public.
3. i will do this step to manage my stuff well. First, mantain a good communication. Employees
want to be kept in the loop about ongoing projects, priorities and deadlines, so it is important
that you connect with them well and educate them inside the company about going-on. It is also
vital that promote feedback and that your employees feel that they can approach you with any
concerns or problems they want to answer, so it is crucial to make yourself available to your
employees. Second, build a positive working relationship. It’s crucial to get to know your team
members personally, not just at a professional level, but also at a more personal level. It will
create a lost stronger relationship between the team when you put the time in to get to know a
little more about your colleagues are doing what they are involved in. Third, acknowledge good
work. Don’t be one of these bosses who offers suggestions only when you have to criticze
something. It will help to develod their confidence and inspire them to get more involved in the
future by providing your wokers with constructive reviews, so you have to appreciate their
success and the effort they put in. Encourage innovation and make sure what is required of them
is clear to all. Fourth, be real. Your team doesn't expect you to be invincible, so don't be afraid to
admit it if you feel tense and need a helping hand, and if you make a mistake, admit it! Your staff
will feel more secure and comfortable engaging you by expressing your human side and helping
your employees get to know you better. Fifth, decide. A good leader must be able to show his
strength and make important decisions for the team. In a leadership position, there is no room

for weakness, so it's important that you stick to what you believe is the best for the business.
Sixth, delegate the work to the right people. One of the important reasons why you develop a
bond with your team and get to know them personally is so that you can determine their
strengths. People perform better and are more interested in positions where they believe they
are making the best of their talents, so delegating the right functions that complement each one
will have a big impact on team productivity. Seventh, manage the conflict. It should not be
overlooked when there is tension in the workplace. Turning a blind eye may lead to a negative
environment, which could have consequences for the productivity of workers, and contact could suffer
between the team. When a problem occurs, it is important that it be solved immediately before it is
built. Eighth, Set a good example. For guidance and motivation, your employees will look to you, so
it's vital that you set a good example to gain their confidence. It's important that you do so yourself if
you want them to act professionally and stick to their work. Make sure you do your job, continue to
grow your career, and help your team do so as well.

4. The most basic step to understanding your current financial situation is to sit down and record
all of your regular monthly income and expenses.
5. How to deal with problems in business must be full of calculation, in-depth understanding as well as
accurate analysis of all possibilities, opportunities, challenges and consequences. Therefore, a
businessman must have the ability and strength to be able to exist in his business. Even so, problems
in business will always exist and will come and go. A tough businessman must have a way of dealing
with problems in strategic business. Getting the right way of dealing with and overcoming business
problems requires knowledge, experience, struggle and effort.
6. The role of leaders in change management is very important, one of which can be seen in
contemporary businesses that are still there and still succeed. It is the result of leadership that follows
and adapts to environmental changes.
7. "Due Diligence Perform a "Deep Dive. It is important to consider what the full effect on your
company would be before going global. To assess whether your item will sell in the local market, plan
a market segmentation report. Prepare an analysis for a product gap against local goods. Is there a need
that a local firm does not satisfy? Carry out a study of SWOT against competition. Your goods would
probably be priced higher than local products. Is the market going to purchase your product? Consider
business chance/sizing. How wide is the market and how long are you going to take to capture the
targeted sales? . Then, Develop a Strategic Plan and Strategy. Owing to technological, cultural,
political, and consumer circumstances, each market has its own complexities. A localized strategy and
business plan that drives local success while staying aligned with the overall corporate strategy and
priorities is critical to create.
