How it works
1. With the swipe of a finger, a person reporting an incident sends an alert to a specific command center.
2. At the command center, the dispatcher automatically sees the exact location of the person reporting the
incident.
3. Reporting an incident or SOS may be done in silent mode. The user can upload images of the scene, and
via dynamic forms transmit critical incident information to the command center.
4. The command center manages the incident from start-to-finish via a web browser, and depending on the
organization’s protocols, may dispatch the closest, most relevant responders to the incident, either via a
manual or automated dispatch function.
5. After the incident has been resolved, the agency can analyze a variety of statistics, both on an incident
level and on a macro level, including types and locations of incidents, and other types of reports to
optimize operations and enhance accountability.
