I've had the privilege of knowing Karlen Deschner since the first grade. During these years I
have gotten to know him as well as witness the countless great qualities he possesses.

Karlen is a very moralled character, standing by the things that he believes in while still voicing
his opinions respectively. He accomplishes tasks before deadlines and to the best of his
abilities. In my experiences of working with him, he gives great input while still being attentive
and mindful of others.
