Reasons - Wilmont’s pharmacy is a complex organization, so I have chosen strong matrix organization for distributing responsibility properly between the team members.
On top of it, there is a dedicated project team who will have prime focus for completion of their project. The project team also can assign staff from other functional
managers based upon their requirement, which makes the organization quite flexible and the job security of the employees also will be ensured. The budget and schedule
planning also will become easier in this matrix organization.
