All the student actions and constraints are same except the following
● Max Seats for a Course in Bidding Round – 1 = Total Seats assigned to a given
programme
● Max Seats for a Course in Bidding Round – 2 = (Total Seats across all
programmes) – ( No. of seats confirmed in CR1 across all programmes )
● Max Seats for a Course in Bidding Round – 3 = Total Seats – (No. of seats
confirmed till Add/Drop R1 across all programmes)
● Bid points count during BR2 and BR3 = Total Points – { Points spent before this
round }
Note: Bidding Round 3 is only conducted for students affected from course drops
by IIMB

2. Students are allowed to unconfirm only those Course won in the previous
bidding round – 2 or 3
3. In Confirmation Round 2, student will be able to unconfirm only those course
won in Bidding Round 2
4. In Confirmation Round 2, student will NOT be able to make any changes to
courses won in Bidding Round 1
5. Similarly for Confirmation Round 3
14. Waitlist Round (for courses you have not won seats)
1. In Waitlist Generation Round, students can opt to be on waitlist for any non-
confirmed course
2. Bid points can be used in this round
3. This is a closed bidding – No MRB is displayed
4. Higher the bid points, higher preference is given to the student while generating
