rie QNET| + 20\October 2020 : Vambassadors : QNET Red Lines Dear Esteemed V Ambassadors, QNET has thousands of hardworking and dedicated Independent Representatives who uphold the values that QNET stands for. However, there are also some Independent Representatives whose conducts are totally unacceptable. With your help, these errant IRs were reported, Investigated and found to be in violation of our Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics ‘and have now been terminated. However, with more cases of unethical network behaviour coming to light, we need to do much more to prevent and take stronger action against such unacceptable practices. “Therefore, we have chartered the CINET Red Lines, a set of ground rules based on CNET's Policies and Procedures that must ‘note crossed by IRs. ‘ONET will, with immediate effect, promptly terminate and take all other appropriate actions against those Independent Representatives who cross the following Red Lines: 0 wo ti) (iw) w ™) Registering minors oF anyone else without legal capacity; Lying-about QNET, its business or its Compensation Plan, for example by: a, not saying at the qutset that a prospect Is being invited to engage with QNET; promising ary torm of guaranteed income; ¢ préseniting NET busitiess asan investment and/or a ‘get-rich-quick’ scherte; 4d. making unfounded/exaggerated/misleading claims about CNET's products; Wrongful cross border/ilegal transfer/holding against free will/violence/ blackmailfextortion against prospects and/or downiines; ‘Confiscating the passport, lalssez-passer or other personal documents and/or mobile phone of a prospect; Foreing.a prospect to sigh up.asa QNET IR-and/or to purchase: product; ‘Cheating/scamming/swindling prospect(s) and/or downline(s) and/or others, for example by: @. offering jobs, shares, scholarships; collecting advances or deposits; ‘asking for investments; taking money from prospects under false pretences; stealing of misusing money given for product purchases; holdine/chaniging the userrames and passwords of deownlines without thelr prior written approvals; stealing downlines’ commissions from the Virtual Office; ‘placing an order-or making unauthorised product collection on behalt-of arIR; falingto provide'a new IR with the contact details of GNET’s customer service; failing to provide an IR with registration and product purchase receipts; failing to inform an IR on how to collect products bought; purchasing products for an IR without the IR's explicit prior approval; sighing up prospects cross line teams without their knowledges pUrve sete aos QNET | v (vl) Manipulating the registration process, for example by: 4 lying-about the true cost of and payment process for signing- up; 'b, lying about the true “activation” requirements; © signing-up, or signing-up on behalf ofa prospect, using a false name andjor false contact details; (will) Establishing.an IR office in violation of country/city/town laws-or QNET rules, for example by: 4. setting'up the office without the required business and training licenses; bb setting up the office in a non-permitted residential area; Using the office as acrommodation; (&) Abusing QNET, for example by: ‘a. pretending to be @ QNET or Ql employee; b. putting QNET in the name of a local ent ©, creating stationery, business cards or letterhead graphics, Including on emails or websites, with the Ql, NET, RYTHM, QM, GIU, The V or their affiliates’ trade names or trademarks without prior written ‘approval of the relevant entity; 4d. holding medta briefings, giving media interviews and/or issuing statements n the name of CNET or its authorised representatives; (Bringing QNET into any form of disrepute. ‘We wauld like to thank you for your valuablé support and assistance in helping our IRs build an ethical and thriving business that reflects our values, adheres to the QNET Policiss-anid Pidcetutes and/or’ Gods GF Ets, and stands the test of time, Let us keep working together towardsour common goal to promote professional and ethical marketing practices and change lives through direct selling.
