Working as Senior RNO /Team Lead with Huawei Pakistan on CMPAK Swap project in Central Region.
Responsibilities Include,
 Leading 3G Team consist of 26 team members of SWAP project, Technical Support & customer interface.
 Successfully 882 NodeB swapped from ZTE to Huawei-Land completed without degrading user perception.

Worked as Sr. RF Optimization Engineer for Warid-Huawei SWAP Modernization project.
Responsibilities Include,
 Responsible for SWAP Clusters post optimization on daily basis to meet Pre-define CS & PS KPI’s.
 Worst cell optimization by identifying Hardware issue and escalate this to concerns either optimization will be
done by adjusting soft parameters.
 Recommending parametric changes and preparing WO for TCH /SDCCH re-dimensioning, HR

2G/3G Alcatel Project (Somtel GSM FZCO) Somalia: May-2013 to Dec-2013
Worked as RNO Manager (2G/3G (HSPA+)/LTE) on Somtel GSM FZCO (Alcatel) Project.
Major Achievements:
 Prepare and successfully implemented 1x1&1x3 frequencies hopping for GSM, DCS band for all over the
network without disturbing network performance.
 Prepare and successfully implemented physical redesign of whole network without effecting Radio KPIs.
 Successfully migrated Network from B11 to B12 release, Somtel is the Alcatel 2nd project which has been
migrated to B12 globally.
 45% of 2G new sites on-air as compare to previous count in Somali Land, done pre/post optimization and also
provide RF physical plan PuntLand region and started Pre-Optimization.
 Successfully improved Network Voice Quality by introducing new frequency hopping plan, physical redesign,
Speech Codec (AMR FR, AMR HR and EFR).

Worked as National RF Swap Team Leader at SDR ZTE-Telenor swap and handling 70 person RF team nationwide and
successfully swap 4000 swap sites.
Responsibilities Include.
 Provide team leadership and regular communication with the team, ensuring team motivation and efficiency.
 Managerial activities related to RNO engineers feedback, roll out site cluster optimization and cell site KPI
measurements.
 Responsible for leading team members to carry out network optimization activities national wide.
 Establish and implement a reporting structure on progress against project deliverables and KPIs at regular
basis.
 Represent in daily, weekly and monthly meetings with customer.

Worked as National RF MS Team lead at Telenor-MS Project(Huawei/NSN /ZTE Equipment) and responsible
monitoring network performance, in case of any degradation escalate/recommendations the issue to concerns.
Additionally worked at ZTE-Telenor SWAP trail BSC Optimization in south region.
Responsibilities Include.
 Working at degraded KPIs like CSSR, DCR, MPD, HOSR, SD Blocking, TCH Blocking etc for assign regions

Responsibilities Include.
 Daily monitoring of KPIs for assign clusters and escalates worst cells on the basis of low CSSR, high DCR, and

 Traffic balancing in dual band cells & traffic balancing at different layers by adjusting hard & soft parameters
