These are some of the cultures and traditions in the Philippines; first is different kind of festival, this

festival depends on the places and the things or food the’ve want to thanked or offer to God. The
woman who is in the center represent as the lady who held and dance with the different Santos such as
St. Nino. The 2 guy who is in the both side who wear some mask or head dress is representing the
chuchu festival in the. At the back of them is a lady wearing a big butterfly wings represent as the ‘Bila-
bila’ festival and while in the opposite side is man wearing a ‘moriones’ mask represent the ‘Moriones’
Festival in the Marinduque. At the back of it is representing the ‘simbang gabi’ in the philppines where
Filipino people trying to complete the 9 days before the Christmas by attending the mass. The last
drawing in the left side is one of the unique culture in the philppines it is called ‘harana’ where a young
man is courting his love one through singing a song for her and some are doing the household chores to
get the sweet answer of a lady he is courting at. And the last part is called ‘pagmamano’ where the
young ones are politely holding the hand of the adult and placing it to their forehead, it shows respect to
them. This cultures and traditions are trying to preserve by Filipino people so it may continue and can
still experience by the next generation.
