There should be no grammatical errors, typo, abbreviations and spelling errors

Students are encouraged to frame sentences using action words for example – organized, initiated,
executed and use active voice in sentences – for example – if you want to write – Recruitment
process was coordinated by me, instead use – “coordinated the recruitment/selection process”

They should quantify their achievements and work experience through facts, figures and strategies.
