ACI is kind of middle of low price and also middle of high
quality in the industry mapping chart. They had the market share
of 4.5% and it is increasing gradually just because they are
improving their product quality with efficiently. Only ACI has
the EMS 14001 and they got it in the year 2000 since they are
producing more efficiently and environment friendly. Which
eventually reduce their cost of production.

Industry Mapping….
ACI is kind of middle of low price and also middle of high
quality in the industry mapping chart. They had the market share
of 4.5% and it is increasing gradually just because they are
improving their product quality and efficiently as well. And you
can see Only ACI have the EMS 14001 certification, and they
got it in the year 2000 since they are producing more efficiently
and environment friendly. Which eventually reduce their cost of
production.

EMS 14001 certification is provide when a company produce

their product efficiently and environmental friendly.

Medicine company can’t sell their product at a high price as they

are selling medicine. And govt also hardly monitor them. So,
they have to sell their product with a certain price level. ACI
also has to maintain that price level. Therefore, all the
competitors are mostly dealing with the almost same price
level.. and they also they all have to maintain a certain level of
quality since the product is a medicine…
