AFFIDAVIT OF INDIGENCY

I, GINES MISA AGUILAR, of legal age, married, Filipino, and

resident of North Poblacion, Medina, Misamis Oriental, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:
1. That I am the accused under Crim. Case No. 2000-M(13)
entitled PP vs. Gines Misa Aguilar which is pending before the RTC 26-
Medina, Mis. Or.;

2. That I am currently still detained at the BJMP-Medina for eight

(8) months now;

3. That before my arrest, I was an employee of the Sangguniang

Bayad-Medina under a job order basis receiving only Three Thousand
pesos (P3,000). From my arrest and up to this date, I have no work,
hence an indigent. Also, my wife only earns Four Thousand Pesos
(P4,000) which is too meager to properly raise our four (4) children,
the eldest is 17 y/o and the youngest is only 8 y/o;

4. That this affidavit is executed knowingly and voluntarily and

further attest to the truthfulness of all the foregoing.

AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NAUGHT.
