1. How to obtain the Videoencoder Upgrade Pack
Firmware and Release Notes are available from the Videotec Technical Support web
portal, inside the Download section (registration required). Firmware and upgrades are
grouped by product family; If you have any problems to identify the suitable firmware for
your unit, get in touch with Technical Support, raising an assistance ticket.

1.4.3 Autofocus problem after camera default with MMX-10x
I-frame is set wrongly when the codec is switched from H264 to
MPEG4 and vice versa
ONVIF AbsoluteMove request with only zoom parameter set moves
pan-tilt to zero position, vice versa with only pan-tilt parameters set
the zoom is moved to zero
