PRODUCT PERSPECTIVE

Our Database System will store the following information.

1. Employee information about their full name, ID number, gender and their full address and
can be access by the manager.
2. Employee’s details about their time in and out on working day including rest 1 and rest 2
that can be monitored by the manager.
3. The customer details include their full name, id ,phone number, gender and their full
address that might be needed in the future and the data is key-in by employee.
4. The shoes’ stock details that cover shoes code, category, size, colour, quantity in stock and
price per unit that must be filled by employee.
5. Payment’s details that include payment ID, customer ID ,bill ID, payment date, payment
time, payment type and invoice status that be filled by employee.
6. Order’s details that include shoes code, types of shoes, colour, size, quantity and price and
can be trace by order ID that is filled by employee.
7. Customer bill’s that include customer ID, customer’s name, phone number, address and
order id and all of this information can be trace by bill ID.

Hardware Interface
 Demand a high CPU power since entries are generated in the front
end.
 It is recommended to use a high resolution LCD or CRT monitor for
best result.
 All hardware interface will be provided by the system, the system will
required keyboard and a mouse.
