en la sección “Let’s listen”, y escriba un párrafo de mínimo 10 líneas, expresando las ideas
principales contenidas en él.

The new technological era and way of working

The video is about the evolution of technology and new ways to work.

Taking advantage of technological advances and mobile devices, it will allow employees not to
physically attend meetings, since no matter where they are, they can do so through mobile or
video conference. With this event you can do several things, from working virtually to
communicate easily and within everyone's reach. It will also allow companies to get in touch with
their employees, colleagues and customers in a simpler way. This new way of working will make
the company more competitive. Systems will be in place that can verify and track employee
engagement, ethics and knowledge. This environment will be created so that everyone can work
and can be used by anyone in the company, with the aim of working more effectively.

There are several new ways to work:

 Free lance: referred to people who work independently and are dedicated to carrying out
activities autonomously.
 Coworking: common workspace
 Smart Working: Appropriate use of information technologies
 Telework: remote work.

Within an organization, the policies are an administrative orientation for the workers, in addition
these will be implemented in order that the work is developed in the best way and the objectives
that have been drawn in advance are achieved. Just as every organization is different from one
another, its policies too. These will be based on the philosophy and needs of each company as
such.

For this, the following types of policies must be created:

 The main objective is to generate a training plan to create an effective work team, for the
fulfillment of all the proposed objectives, the measurement indicators, increased sales and
customer loyalty. For this we will carry out: training, evaluations, monitoring of the
management indicator, sales indicator and performance statistics.

 Also define the criteria for planning, distribution and internal transfer of personnel, to
define the career plan of each individual, which will allow them to have new future
possibilities to grow within the company.

 Analyze the quality of the staff, by evaluating performance, determining in what way the
work is being carried out and its real efficiency and effectiveness.

 Hygiene and safety are also extremely important factors, since it must be ensured that
there are favorable physical and environmental conditions to carry out any work within
the organization.

 Continuous staff training allows employees to plan, improve and carry out their activities
more efficiently, in collaboration with the other members of the organization; therefore, it
is important to set up a high-performance work team and carry out professional work with
the best quality standards.

 Monitoring of each indicator to identify an adequate commercial and customer service


culture, this will measure the performance and achievement of objectives of each
employee.
