Kohlrabi is loaded with variety of minerals like calcium, magnesium iron and potassium as well with
multivitamins C, B-complex, A, and K. Along with that it contains antioxidant compounds and dietary
fibers.

Kohlrabi is rich with potassium. An adequate amount of potassium in this vegetable makes it a great
addition to your diet to keep you energetic and in good shape. Kohlrabi is high with dietary fibers that
can improve our digestive system. These fiber use to reduce constipation, cramping and bloating.

Kohlrabi also consists of iron. Iron protect our body from anemia because it increases our red blood
