    PRINCIPLES OF OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT IN YOUR OPINION, WHICH AMONG THE

    TEN (10) PRINCIPLES OF OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT?


    WHY? Explain your answer in no more than 5 sentences.

    Change is the most relevant for me; while the other nine principles focus in the short term
    success of the management, the change principle embrace the success of the business in the
    long run . In the ever-changing world, a business organization cannot use their traditional
    processes, strategies, and techniques in the business operations for a long time and expect
    the business to thrive or prosper, they need to adapt successfully to a rapidly changing
    business environment. In addition, any business organization should give room for the
    research about their industry to be informed and prepared for any possible changes. Every
    once great companies had gone mediocre and died because of their resistance to change,
    and eventually outperformed by their competitors whom were not ignorant to the existing
    trends. Thereby, in order for businesses to become great or maintain their greatness, they
    should not stop dealing with the changing status quo demands of the market industry.
