MATERIALS: Material for painting shall be procured from approved manufacturers in line with EIL Spec guidelines along with batch test certificates, 3.0. REFERENCE CODE AND STANDAR! The paint ‘pplication shall not be done when the steel surface temperature is less than 5°F above dew point when the Felative humidity greater tran 85% or when the temperature is below the paint manufacture's recommended temperature of application & curing 5.2.4.2 Blast cleaned surface shall be coated with one complete application of primer as soon as practicable but in no case later than 4 hrs, the same day. 5.2.4.3 Each coat of material shall be applied as a continuous fim uniform thickness.
