BSBADM506 Manage business document design and development

It is part of the supporting resources for Assessment Task 2 of BSBADM506.

Proposal for a short training session titled “Management Excellence” for Big Foot Shoes on
(a date that is on a weekday in about two months’ time).

The customer wants their Management Team (5 people) to have a two-hour training session
on current trends in middle management.

We can provide one of our experienced trainers for the two-hour session. They will develop a
presentation that they will create for the session. The presentation will run for approximately
one hour.
As well as the presentation, the trainer will chair a brainstorming session on how the lessons
learned from the presentation can be used to improve management outcomes in Big Foot
Shoes.
Following the training session, the trainer will write a report on the session outcomes and
submit it to all attendees within 7 days.

The cost of developing the presentation will be $300

The cost of the trainer’s participation for two hours will be $250
The cost of writing the report following the training session will be $150

Travel expenses will be advised, so they won’t be included in the proposal.
