Description of the action and work plan

The questions hereunder aim to help applicant organisations to elaborate further the
information provided in the SWIM application form.

All questions are mandatory. Replies are given in the boxes below each question. If one
or more questions are not relevant, please write "Not applicable" and explain why. There
is no size limit for the text, but the information should be as clear, concise and complete
as possible.

Scope, relevance and impact

1. Which Member States will be covered? What kind of transnational

cooperation/knowledge transfer is foreseen?

The reply should also indicate the choice of option A or B for the transfer of knowledge (cf.
section 6.2).

For option B (use of cascading grants), please include at least three proposals of
organisations located in different countries to which knowledge could be transferred

4. What is the methodological approach/working methods suggested to

- the actions of competence centres in their own Member State?

- the transfer of knowledge to less experienced competence centres? The reply to

this question should take into account the option(s) chosen (A and/or B). For
option B, the reply should also outline the approach to getting the endorsement
for the less experienced competence centres from their national managing
authority.

- the transnational cooperation between competence centres at EU level?

For all three elements, the reply should clarify how the relevant co-applicants,
affiliated entities, associate organisations and other stakeholders are involved. Please
include a clear definition of the respective roles and explain how their specific
experience and competences will be used. Please explain also how the monitoring,
evaluation and quality assurance will be organised.

subcontracted and the reasons for doing so. Please note that core activities as defined in
section 6.2 (c) of the call cannot be subcontracted
