the financial institution on their letter head)

 Appointment letter of all organization. 
 Promotion letter (if applicable) 
 Salary slips of last 6 months. 
 Relieving letters of all organization (if applicable). 
 Full and final statement (if applicable). 
 Job duties on company letter head of all organization. 
 Passport size photograph. 
 Police clearance Certificate of residence Country  
NOTE: ‐ If you live any other country for 6 months or more than that need to provide PCC for 
that country also. 
 Medical Receipt.

acceptable and also password protected documents will be not acceptable.
