About Blackmagic Software

Welcome to the Blackmagic Installer CD. This CD contains software installers

and instruction manuals for all Blackmagic Design products.
If your using a DeckLink card, Multibridge, HDLink or Videohub, or a
combination of more than one, then you will find all the latest software right
here. Please check each folder on this CD for installers but also read me files
with latest breaking news, as well as full instruction manuals that show you
through all stages of installation and operation.

Note about Software Updates

Blackmagic Design update our software often so you get new features to make
your system even more powerful. Software is also constantly updated to ensure
compatibility with the latest software updates to Apple, Adobe and other
vendors software.
However often this CD could contain older versions of installers due to the time
it takes to ship from our factory, via your local dealer and then to your facility.
It's important you check the Blackmagic Design support page for later versions
of these software installers.

Installing Blackmagic Software

Double click the installer file for the product you are installing and follow the
instructions that appear.
Note that some installers will require you to restart your Mac, and after
launching might require a firmware download to hardware before they can be
used. This ensures the hardware is running the same firmware that's compatible
with the version of the drivers installed. Please check the read me files for
further information.
