 A Note to Teachers & Parents

As we all struggle to cope with the changes that Covid-19 has

placed on our daily schedules, it's important to pay attention to how
the pandemic has disrupted the lives of children as well. This ABC
booklet can be utilized as a tool for students to draw and write their
own thoughts about what they understand and feel about the virus.
For students who are completing their studies at home through online
lessons, this booklet can be a conversation starter for families to discuss
the many ways Covid-19 impacts their lives. Please print the booklet
freely and share as often as you'd like. Each letter can be used as a
daily lesson to form the full booklet in just a few weeks. I hope you
find it helpful in any way you choose to use it.

 About the Author

As a former special education teacher, Mary Young loves writing fun

and educational stories for children. With self-publishing programs
at her fingertips, Mary has found the time and tools needed to get her
stories in print. She finds inspiration for her stories through nature and
the surroundings of the log cabin in rural Missouri where she lives with
her musician husband Rusty Young and their three rescue pets.
Mary is a volunteer with four nonprofit organizations and donates all
proceeds from her book sales to help rescue animals and to send
books to kids in hospitals across the country.
