2. Capture basic understanding between parties in scope of work section

3. Describe their roles. And obligations

4. Clearly describe fees and payment terms , payment obligations

5. Specify term of document and ways and rights to terminate it

6. Clarify what will will survive incase of termination

7. Any other things parties want to record and document

8. Important is to add signature section wherein parties will sign to represent their consent to all
that is documented and also include witness Signatures

9. Add any additional document as appendix

10. Execute 2 copies for each parties

11. Register and notarize document if required
