    LAW ON AMENDMENTS TO THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE

    (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, Nos. 121/2012)

    Article 1.

    In the Criminal Procedure Code (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, Nos. 72/2011,
    101/2011) in Article 604, paragraph 2, the words “January 15, 2013” are replaced with ”October
    1, 2013”.

    Article 2.

    In Article 608, the words “January 15, 2013” are replaced with ”October 1, 2013”.

    Article 3.

    This Law enters into force on the eighth day from the date of its publication in the Official
    Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.
