Who sends down the

Allah sends down the

And the proof for that is Allah’s statement:

َّ ‫َو َأ َنزْل َنا م َن‬

ً‫الس َماء َم ًاء َط ُهورا‬

And We send down from the sky, pure water
(Qur’an 25:48)
