ISSUE
Problem
Operator experienced the Travel Deviation on Low speed

Inspection Procedure
1. Check the Front & Rear pump pressure on LCD panel on low speed.
2. If both of Pressure are not equal, it is possible to make problem between Flow of Front pump and Rear
pump.
3. We need to check pressure range of Front pump & rear Pump with PQ Curve
4. Almost Pessure range of low speed Travel is positioning on Max flow Area of PQ Curve.
so normally, it can be adjust by Max Flow adjust Screw.

How to find the adnormal pump

1. check Performance for each pump independently: (Ex : Swing 3 times, each travel speed on Jack up
postion. )
2. adjust Max flow to increase or decrease according to performance for Each pump.
* Before adjusting the Max flow, please mark the orignal position to return
