ISSUE
After you open the side cover, if you find that the coolant mixed with oil, bubble in surge
tank
you check some points.

1. the coolant mixed with oil
You check the oil cooler , review the possiblity of cracked oil cooler

2. after starting engine, in surge tank, you find the bubble
you review the head gasket of cylinder head, for example
the oil leakage, gas leakage.
