Working impossibility due to decline in power and speed intermittently

CORRECTION
Diagnosis method
1. Check Main relief pressure
If It is normal condition, the work is goning smoothly

2. Check Pressure and working speed of 1st travel speed

Check Travel, Bucket dump, Swing
Check combined operation perform normally

3. Check Main relief valve

Remove the main relief valve ass'y and then check whether plunger is damaged or not
Check center orifice is clogged by foreign substances
Plunger damage is due to foreign substances during working

Cause
Hydraulic oil is supplied in the opposite direction due to foreign substances in check valves on both side of
main relief valve

Truble shooting
remove check valve and then eliminate foreign substances
