Abstract

In the modern world health is a significant factor compared with other factors. Health has
a significant part in an inclination cheerful and appreciates life on any ordinary individual for our
health. The world is generally significant in our wellbeing it should include in our human
existence. The individual more beverages water and our health is acceptable condition. This
examination means to discover the effect and relationship among the circulatory strain (BP),
Sugar and Body Mass Index (BMI). For this case study the diabetics’ patient sample data was
collected from the Government hospital, Mannargudi. The study period for this case study is
October 2020. The Diabetics Patient health conditions are studied in this paper based on the
statistical tools. Based on the patient data the correlation and regressions are calculated
especially patient name, age, sex, height, weight BMI and blood pressure. In this study Random
Blood Sugar, Fasting Blood Sugar, Post Prandial Blood Sugar was included. For this excellent
case study based on the statistical tool Python software was used. From this result we can easily
identify the relationship among the factors like blood pressure (BP), Sugar and BMI and how to
rectify the problems.

1. Introduction

There are three essential sorts of diabetes mellitus: Type 1 diabetes effects from the
pancreas's failure to provide sufficient insulin because of lack of beta cells. This shape changed
into formerly cited as "insulin-established diabetes mellitus" (IDDM). The lack of beta cells is

because of an autoimmune reaction. The purpose of this autoimmune reaction is unknown. Type
2 diabetes starts off evolved with insulin resistance, a circumstance wherein cells fail to reply to
insulin properly. As the ailment progresses, a loss of insulin may additionally expand. This shape
changed into formerly cited as "non insulin-established diabetes mellitus" (NIDDM) or "adult-
onset diabetes". The maximum not unusual place purpose is a mixture of immoderate frame
weight and inadequate exercise. Gestational diabetes is the 0.33 primary shape, and happens
when pregnant women without a preceding records of diabetes expand excessive blood sugar
levels. Type 1 diabetes should be controlled with insulin injections. Prevention and remedy of
kind 2 diabetes entails keeping a healthful diet, ordinary bodily exercise, a everyday frame
weight, and avoiding use of tobacco. Type 2 diabetes can be dealt with medicinal drugs which
include insulin sensitizers without or with insulin. Control of blood pressure and keeping right
foot and eye care are vital for humans with the ailment. Insulin and a few oral medicinal drugs
can purpose low blood sugar. Weight loss surgery in people with obesity is every now and then
an powerful degree in people with kind 2 diabetes. Gestational diabetes normally resolves after
the delivery of the baby.

John Rollo - In 1797 there has been posted in England an ee-e book entitled in part, An
Account of Two Cases of the Diabetes Mellitus. In John Rollo [1].Army on St. Lucia changed
into posted in 1781. This changed into observed in 1785 via way of means of Remarks at the
Disease currently defined via way of means of Dr. Hendy and in 1786 via way of means of
Observations at the Acute Dysentery. He changed into superior to the grade of Surgeon-General
in 1794. In 1801 there regarded his Short Account of the Royal Artillery Hospital at Woolwich
and in 1804 a Medical Report on Cases of Inoculation wherein he supported the perspectives of
Jenner. Rollo died in 1809 at Woolwich, the seat of the Royal Artillery Academy and now a
borough of London [2].

A second edition of the book on diabetes was published in 1798 and a third in 1806.
Rollo was frequently consulted regarding cases of diabetes and his book carried notes and
communications regarding patients seen by other physicians who had applied his method of
treatment and had written to him regarding the results [3]. https://www.diabetes.co.uk/diabetes-

2017-Diabetes is a monthly peer-reviewed clinical magazine posted because 1952 via way of
means of the American Diabetes Association. It covers studies approximately the body structure
and pathophysiology of diabetes mellitus which includes any component of laboratory, animal or
human studies. Emphasis is on investigative reviews specializing in regions which include the
pathogenesis of diabetes and its complications, everyday and pathologic pancreatic islet
characteristic and middleman metabolism, pharmacological mechanisms of drug and hormone
action, and biochemical and molecular elements of everyday and extraordinary organic
processes. Diabetes additionally publishes abstracts offered on the ADA's annual meeting,

2. Method and Materials

2.1 Data Collection

The study was conducted in Mannargudi Governmant Hospital at Mannargudi city in a

Thiruvarur district. A total of 30 aged diabetic patients were selected of which 13 were male and
17 were female. The sample was selected for the study including age group between 35-65
years. Simple random sample method was used to the diabetes patient. Then, the data collection

respondents was recorded in centimeters (cm). The respondents were made to stand on the height
scale straight and upright, bare foot with the heels, shoulders and back of the head touching the

2.2 Objective of the Study

This study is mainly focused on the health care especially the diabetic patient and the
relationship among the blood pressure (BP), Sugar and BMI. The important factors and impact of

3.1 Application of this Data in Python Software

The python is software in a two array elements and we have to find the correlation
coefficient is an equation that is used to determine the strength of relation between two variables.
Correlation coefficient sometimes called as across correlation coefficient. Correlation coefficient
always lies between -1 to +1 where -1 represents X are negatively correlated and +1 represents Y
are positively correlated. This article discusses the basics of linear regression and its
implementation in python programming language. Linear regression is a statistical approach for
modeling relationship between a dependent variable with a given set of independent variable.

4. Discussion and Result

Table 1 show that the diabetic patient data based on the age and sex. Table two
represents that the patient data based on the Age, Sex, Height, Weight, BMI, BP and Sugar on
October 2020. From the table 3 blood level is normal when fating blood sugar 70-100 mg/dl and
post meal blood sugar level will be 70-140 mg/dl. High sugar for the diabetic patient will be
greater than (80-120) mgs/dl. The following symptoms are for the high sugar, (i) Leg pain (ii)
Frequent Urination and a very dry mouth fatigue. Treatment for this problem will be medicine,
walking, exercise and yoga. Similarly the low sugar is less than (80-120) mgs/dl and the
symptoms for the low sugar will be excess sweating, fatigue and excessive hunger. The treatment
for low sugar is oral glucose drink and also consults the doctor for the treatment. From the result
of the correlation coefficient is 0.95. ie., strong positive correlation and regression coefficients
are 1.88 and 0.529. Table 4: illustrates that the Heights of Males and females and table 5 shows
that the FBS, PPBS and RBS measurements between the male and female. The measurement
between the male and female based on the FBS, PPBS and RBS discussed in table 5 and the
biochemical parameter measurements between male and female explained in the table 6. The
Food consumption percentage in the different levels especially daily consumption weekly
consumption, weekly twice, weekly thrice, monthly and occasionally discussed in the seventh
table. From the above Python output the variance score is 0.7208, and it is represent that the
relationship among BP, Sugar, FBS, PPBS and RBS.

5. Conclusion

From the above study every day practice decreases the seriousness of the illness and the
drawn out entanglements of diabetes. Essentially, an all around arranged and-normal exercise
routine can be extremely gainful whenever made a vital part of regular day to day life. All the
more so on the off chance that one has diabetes Exercise has the benefits of controlling the
glucose levels without taking extra prescriptions. In general customary exercise can't just
assistance in better control of glucose yet in addition assists with control of weight and
circulatory strain as it brings down the terrible cholesterol and raises the degree of good
cholesterol in the blood. Exercise can reduces the risk of heart disease and never damage, the
risks of which are higher with diabetes.
