Admin Support to COVID-19 dated June 25, 2020 with subject Defects Noted.

2. This pertains to the defects noted during the conduct of inspection to this
office by the ASCOTF Red Team inspection team.

3. In connection with the above reference, this office directed all stations to
comply to the minimum health standards and instructed the sixteen (16) stations to
comply to the defects noted/findings of the inspecting team of ASCOTF. Submitted
herewith are the soft copies of their compliances regarding the defects noted. (See
attached files)
