So with this sole objective in mind, We are glad to announce a POOL

CAMPUS drive for MBA from 22nd February 2011. The first day would be
22nd Feb and if the response is unprecedented the drive would also
extend to 23rd . But lets prepare for 22nd Feb

Description: The selected candidates will join us as SMITs and will undergo
3-6 mths of training in store operations. On successful certification, they
will be promoted as Store Manager,Department Manager Or Assistant Department
Managers. Also, their Salary and grade would be revised accordingly.

Salary: As SMITs they would be offered 1.60 To 1.90 lakhs per annum. On
successful completion of their training they would be eligible for a "Store
Manager's Position where their grade and salary would be revised to
"Assistant Manager" at 2.20 Lakhs Per Annum.
