5 3D DECOUPAGE – Site Development Plan

This form of art can be applied on a site development plan of a building the highlight would
be the roof shape and enhanced by the entourage of trees and ground cover. The objective of
this activity is to create realistic impressions of building and natural textures that make up the
subject building: the two storey residence used in previous plates. It is not limited to redrawing
the elements of the site development plan and gluing it to thicker pieces of board. Use everyday
materials like scrub pads to give the texture of ground cover and corrugated paper for roofing
material to name a few. Be creative. As this will give bulk to the output use a sturdy board to
support all the materials that will be used in this activity use a scale that will highlight the use of
these materials and not make the details oversized or undersized.
