No.F.S/7/2018-Com.- In partial modification of Cabinel Division's
Notification of even number dated I ?111 October, 2018 and in terms of rule 17(2) of the Rules
of Business, 1973, the Prime Minister has been pleased to re-constitute the Cabinet
Committee on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CCoCPEC) with immediate effect. The
composition of the CCoCPEC will be as under:

CORRIDOR {CCoCPEC)

TERMS OF REFERENCE

The Cabinet Committee on CCoCPEC shall have the following Terms of Reference:-

i. To periodically review work program of all Working Groups of CPEC;

11. To resolve inter-ministerial issues and ensure timely completion of approved

projects;

m. To develop and implement integrated approach on Long Term Plan of CPEC,

with special focus on investment and industrial development; and

iv. To approve the agenda of Joint Cooperation Committees (JCCs) of CPEC

and monitoring the implementation of decisions of JCCs .
