successors) are jointly and severally bound unto the President of India herein after called the

WHEREAS under the Customs Notification NO.12/2012 Sr.No.368 List No.16 ( 5 ) dtd. 17.03.2012
falling under heading No. 84791000 of the first schedule to the Customs tariff Act 1975 (51 to 1975) for
the construction of Roads SLURRY SEAL MACHINE FOR FILLING UP CRACKS IN ROADS into India
from so much of that portion of customs duty leviable there on which as specified in the said schedule
as in excess of Free + Nil + CVD Nil + EDU.CESS NIL+ SAD NIL ad valorem subject nevertheless to
condition that the said material SLURRY SEAL MACHINE FOR FILLING UP CRACKS IN ROADS
WITH STANDARD ACCESSORIES shall be actually used for the construction of Road by the said
importer.

exclusively for the construction of roads and we . M/s. ________________________________ shall not
sell or otherwise dispose of the said goods, in any manner, for a period of 5 years from the date of its
Importation.
