Dialogue
On a rainy day, Manu, Celia, Arel, Dhira, Syafiq, and Adit are having lunch in canteen. They are talking
about the dates when suddenly Dhira remembers something.

Dhira : “I forget, what day is it today?”

Celia : “Oh it’s 13 today.”
Adit : “13..??? Isn’t it someone’s birthday tomorrow?”
Manu : “Really?? Whose birthday?”
Arel : “Hey you’re right. I think It’s Anto’s birthday tomorrow.”
Celia : “Wait… it means he’s going to be 17 tomorrow right?”
Arel : “Yeah.”
Syafiq : “Hm, why don’t we throw up a surprise party for him tomorrow?”
Adit : “That sounds fun. We can make it as Anto’s sweet seventeen.”
Dhira : “If we want to make it special, then we should make it big and memorable for him.”
Manu : “I absolutely agree with you, Nadhira.”
Syafiq : “Then what should we do guys?”
Adit : “Oh, we should invite more people.”
Celia : “Of course! The more the merrier it will be.”
Arel : “Alright, if we want to invite more people, why don’t we start by inviting his best friends?”
Arel : “Dhira, you’re close with his best friends right?”
Dhira : “Yes, then I’ll try to contact and invite them.”
Manu : “Where do you think we should hold the surprise party?”
Syafiq : “I don’t really know his favorite place, but if his parents allow us, I think we can make it in
his house.”
Celia : “Okay, then the last thing we should think about is the cake.”
Adit : “Does anyone know his favorite?”
Syafiq : “I remember that he really loves chocolate cake.”
Arel : “Nice, then if we want to buy a birthday cake, choose the chocolate one!”
Manu : “Alright, so now, what are we going to do for the preparation?”
Dhira : “Let’s buy the things that we need for the surprise party.”
Syafiq : “I volunteer to prepare all the things that’s related to the cake.”
Celia : “Alright, if you want to handle the cake, bring Arel with you! He’s the cake expert.”
Syafiq : “Noted.”
Adit : “I’ll bring Manu with me to buy the decoration stuffs.”
Dhira : “Then Celia and I will contact and invite all of Anto’s friends to join the party.”
Manu : “Splendid, let’s meet up again in his house tonight after you’re all done with your tasks. Is that
good?”
Celia : “Splendid. It’s going to be so much fun!”
