    Copy all content of GTA3/VC/SA_downgrade_patch folder to GTA3/VC/SA root directory,

    overwrite the files, then run install.bat as administrator. You will get almost
    exact copy of retail 1.0 version, with executables which supported by most of the
    mods and fixes.
    GTA SA downgrader was replaced to exe's only, if you want to downgrade latest steam
    version of GTA SA, use this - http://gtaforums.com/topic/753764-relsasteam-
    downgrader/
