Please DO NOT BE LATE or you will MISS your boat ride, and to schedule another one the
group has to PAY HALF of the boat ride service, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

Present a PRINTED FORM of (STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT, QUOTATION LETTER AND BDO DEPOSIT
SLIP) upon arrival at Megans Resort and All Blue Nature the Resort.

Booking will be CANCELLED or RE-SCHEDULED if he/she fails to present the SOA, DEPOSIT
SLIP and QUOTATION LETTER upon arrival at Megans Paradisio Resort and All Blue Nature
Resort. Refund will be made 20 days after cancellation. Re-scheduling will depend on the availability
of the resort and the boat.

Quotation given prior to SOA is subject to change. This SOA will be now the main basis of transaction.

No changes will be entertained if there is only 48 hours left before the visit and the amount due will
be final. If there is an additional person visiting, he/she will incur the rate per head of the SOA.
