Greetings in Peace!

The first project carried out by the newly elected home room officers and class room officers of GAS 11-C headed
by our classroom adviser, Mr. Rodolfo Calindong in the said program "Bayanihan Classroom Cleaning" at the 4th
floor of STRIKE building last January 16, 2021 needs to repair the damages inside the classroom.

The damages that need immediate repairs are the following:

 White Board
 Back Door

With this, we are asking for permission to have access of the workers listed below in the school premises to fix
the damaged parts in the classroom.
